Grassendale Park, South Liverpool

One of a number of projects completed within the Grassendale and Cressington Conservation Area, this project involved the refurbishment and extension of an existing home to provide additional bedrooms, bathrooms and a large living / dining / family space with improved access to the surrounding gardens.

Additional general refurbishment works were undertaken, including replacement of windows, repairs to render, landscape works and a new driveway, boundary fence and automated gates.
