Rodney Street, Liverpool
Within a Conservation Area and previously used as medical consulting rooms, this large Grade II listed townhouse was completely refurbished to form a single private dwelling, updated for contemporary use whilst restoring its traditional features.
Following extensive historical research and consultation with the local authority Conservation Officer, the project involved major structural repair works and restoration of original joinery, plasterworks, floors, windows, doors and fireplaces. New bathrooms were introduced together with a bespoke kitchen, also designed by studioCASS.
